    List of Ingredients




    1/3 c flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    dash ground nutmeg
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c milk
    1/4 c butter, melted
    1/2 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1/2 onion, chopped finely
    1 c grated swiss cheese
    1/2 c chopped ham

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 8 oz square baking dish. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, baking powder and nutmeg. Combine eggs, milk and butter; add to flour mixture, beating with whisk until smooth. Mix in spinach, onion, Swiss cheese and ham. Pour into prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool about 5 minutes before serving.
