    1 angel food cake mix
    1/2 cup water
    1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
    2 cups coconut

    Recipe



    Beat together all ingredients until blended.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
    Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
