List of Ingredients

Cinnamon Streusal Coffee Cake (Gluten-free)

1 gluten-free yellow cake mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
� tsp. nutmeg
� tsp allspice
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
3 eggs
2/3 c. water
1 stick butter, softened
2 tsp gluten-free vanilla
Beat per directions on cake box

Streusal

� c. butter 1 c. chopped nuts
� c. white rice flour 4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar

Powdered sugar
Water


Recipe

Spread � batter in greased and floured 8X8 pan. Sprinkle � streusel, then batter, then streusel. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min. Mix powdered sugar and water and drizzle over cake
