    List of Ingredients




    8 uncooked lasagna noodles
    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 lb ground pork sausage
    1 c chopped onion
    1/2 c chopped celery
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp dried basil
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 c half-and-half
    1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c dry white wine
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c shredded Gouda cheese
    1 (12 oz) container small curd cottage cheese
    1 large egg, beaten
    2 c shredded mozzarella cheese

    Recipe



    Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.

    Cook ground beef, ground pork sausage, and next 3 ingredients in a large skillet, stirring until meats crumble; strain. Stir in basil and next 5 ingredients. Stir in wine and cheddar and Gounda cheese; cook, stirring constantly, until cheese melts. Set aside.

    Combine cottage cheese and egg, set aside.

    Arrange half of noodles in a lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish; top with half of the meat mixture, cheese mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
