Potatoe Casserole

8 medium Idaho potatoes
2 cups plain yougurt
2-3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 cup each, grated Romano and Parmasan cheeses

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel and slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick. Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling water 15 minutes. Use some butter to grease a 4-6 qt casserole; drain potatoes and put them in the casserole.
In a medium size bowl, combine yogurt and horseradish. Pour over potatoes. Dot with 2 tbls of butter and top with cheeses. Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
