BLT Salad

List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs thick sliced bacon
- 8 oz reduced fat sour cream
- 3/4 cup reduced fat mayonaise
- 1/4 cup bottled Italian dressing
- 5 cups torm romaine lettuce
- 4 large ripe tomatoes
Instructions
- Fry bacon. Drain on paper towels and cool. Crumble and put aside.
- Mix together the sour cream, mayonaise and Italian dressing in a small bowl,
- Place the lettuce in the bottom of a clear glass salad bowl with at least a 10-cup capacity. (You can also use a glass 9x13 dish)
- Core the tomatoes and chop. Place tomatoes over the lettuce.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the tomatoes.
- Spoon the dressing over the entire dish, spreading with the back of the spoon.
- Chill for up to 4 hours.
