    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs thick sliced bacon
    • 8 oz reduced fat sour cream
    • 3/4 cup reduced fat mayonaise
    • 1/4 cup bottled Italian dressing
    • 5 cups torm romaine lettuce
    • 4 large ripe tomatoes


    Instructions


    1. Fry bacon. Drain on paper towels and cool. Crumble and put aside.
    2. Mix together the sour cream, mayonaise and Italian dressing in a small bowl,
    3. Place the lettuce in the bottom of a clear glass salad bowl with at least a 10-cup capacity. (You can also use a glass 9x13 dish)
    4. Core the tomatoes and chop. Place tomatoes over the lettuce.
    5. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the tomatoes.
    6. Spoon the dressing over the entire dish, spreading with the back of the spoon.
    7. Chill for up to 4 hours.
