    List of Ingredients


    • 1 head green cabbage
    • 4-5 green onions
    • 1 pkg Raman soup mix
    • 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
    • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds or sliced toasted almonds
    • 1/2 cup vegtable oil
    • 3 tbs apple cider or white wine vinegar
    • 2 tbs sugar
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • pepper


    Instructions


    1. Core and shred cabbage. Slice green onion and add to cabbage.

    2. Mix together in a separate bowl the raw raman soup noodles that have been crushed, toasted sesame seeds and sunflower seeds or almonds if using.

    3. In a third bowl, mix the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and the flavor packet from the raman soup mix.

    4. Just before srving mix the noodle/nut mixture with the cabbage/onions. Pour dressing over the salad and serve.
