    Cranberry Pineapple Salad

    1 can (20 oz) Dole Crushed pineapple in juice drained
    2 pkgs (4 serving size) Jello Raseberry flavored jello
    1 can (16 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 apple chopped
    2/3 cup chopped walnuts

    Recipe



    Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough cold water to pineapple juice to measure 3 cups; pour into large aucepan. Bring to boil; remove from heat. Add gelatin; stir at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add cranberry sauce; stir until blended. Pour tino large bowl. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours or until slightly thickened. Stir in pineapple, apple and walnuts. Pour into serving bowl.Refrigerate 4 hours until firm. Makes 14 servings. 1/2 cup each.
