    List of Ingredients




    1 c diced hothouse cucumbers
    1 c diced seeded ripe tomoatoes
    1 c diced fresh feta cheese
    1/2 c diced red onion
    1/2 c coarsely chopped pitted black olives
    1/4 c chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 c red wine vinegar

    For the sirloin
    1 (1 1/2 lb)sirloin steak
    Coarse salt and ground pepper

    Recipe



    Combine the cumcumber, tomatoes, feta, red onion, olives and parsley in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with olive oil and vinegar. Set aside
    Preheat a lightly oiled grill.
    Season steak with salt and pepper. Grill until well seared and well browned, about 4 minutes, then turn and grill 3 minutes more for medium rare or additonal time to desired wellness.
    Remove steak to cutting borad and let rest 5 minutes for the juice to settle. Carve into generous slices and divide evenly among 4 dinner plates and serve with the reserved salad
