List of Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken thighs (or more)
- 2 (10.75 oz.) cans reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of peas, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 4 cups medium egg noodles
Instructions
- Remove skin from boneless chicken thighs; rinse.
- Combine chicken, soup, peas, and corn in a slow cooker. Set to low and allow to cook during the day.
- Prepare egg noodles according to package directions and combine with cooked chicken.
