    This is simple, yet good. And it's all in one dish!


    List of Ingredients


    • 6 boneless chicken thighs (or more)
    • 2 (10.75 oz.) cans reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can of peas, drained
    • 1 can corn, drained
    • 4 cups medium egg noodles


    Instructions


    1. Remove skin from boneless chicken thighs; rinse.
    2. Combine chicken, soup, peas, and corn in a slow cooker. Set to low and allow to cook during the day.
    3. Prepare egg noodles according to package directions and combine with cooked chicken.
