    15 Minute Chicken and Rice Dinner

    This has to be the easiest and tastiest meal, and it's all one dish! The soup can be changed to any other cream based soup, such as Cream of Broccoli, or Cream of Mushroom.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    • 4 boneless chicken breast halves
    • 1 can Campbells Cream of Chicken soup
    • 1 1/2 cups water (for creamier rice, use 1 2/3 cups)
    • 1/4 tsp. each paprika and pepper
    • 1 1/2 cups uncooked instant rice
    • 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
    2. Add soup, water, paprika and pepper. Heat to a boil.
    3. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Season chicken with additional paprika and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, or until done.
