    My Own Personal Collection

    This is a great addition for chicken or pork (tenderloin, or chops are best), and it's also great on tortilla chips.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
    • 1/4 cup diced red onion
    • 1 Tbsp. minced jalapeno pepper (or more, if you want it hotter)
    • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
    • 1 tsp. liquid honey
    • 2 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp. cumin (optional)
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients. Mix well. Let stand for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.


    Final Comments


    Yield: about 2 cups
