    • 4 bonless -skinless chicken breast
    • 15oz can chunky Italian tomato sauce
    • 4.5 oz sliced mushrooms drained
    • 8oz package fettuccine cooked
    • parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in large skillet,Brown chicken until golden on both sides - about 10 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce and mushrooms cover, stir occasionally until chicken is no longer pink approx. another 8 minutes.


    Final Comments


    Serve over fettuccini makes 4 servings
