PORK CHOPS SMOTHERED WITH CREAMED CORN

List of Ingredients
- 4 PORK CHOPS 1/2 - INCH THICK FAT TRIMMED
- 17 OUNCE CANNED CORN - CREAM STYLE
- 3 GREEN ONIONS
- 2 EGGS BEATEN
- 1 CUP BREADCRUMBS
- 1teaspoon paprika
Instructions
1. Mix green onions with creamed corn. Add eggs & bread crumbs. Mix
Well.
- Add enough bread crumbs so mixture is on stiff. Add salt & pepper to taste
- Brown chops in a very hot skillet until seared on each side, but not cooked through.
- Remove from heat & cover chops with corn mixture.
- Pat it around & over chops until completely covered.
- Sprinkle paprika & scatter remaining green onion evenly on top of corn.
- Bake chops in a skillet 30~45 minutes.
