    List of Ingredients




    1 Cup Graham Wafer Crumbs
    3 Tbsp Butter or Margarine, melted
    1 Pkg (8 oz) Cream Cheese
    1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
    2 tsp Lemon Juice
    1/3 Cup Sugar
    1 Egg
    1 Can Cherry Pie Filling or your choice.

    In bowl, combine crumbs and butter. Press into of 12 paper lined muffin cups. In bowl combine cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice, sugar and egg. Beat until smooth. Spoon onto crusts. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes, or until set. Cool completely. When cooled spoon pie filling over top. Chill for minimum 2 hours.
