leroy´s electrifying buffalo wings

these will rip your head off





List of Ingredients



• 50 wings frozen - little drumsticks work better
  
• 1 bottle of crystal hot sauce louisiana
  
• 1 liter extra virgin oil , any oil will work but i like the virgin, it tastes better
  
• 1 tsp white pepper
  
• 1tsp cajun spice
  
• 1tsp garlic powder
  
• deep fryer or any large pot will work
  
• small bag of flour
  






Instructions



1. thaw wings at room temperature
   
2. combine all sauces and spices in large bowl
   
3. heat fryer to 350°f
   
4. set aside a bowl of flour to dip wings in
   
5. dip wings in flour coating
   
6. fryer until golden brown
   
7. remove from fryer
   
8. place in sauce bowl and coat completely
   
9. set on a large plate
   
10. enjoy with a case of your favorite beer
