    Sausage Cheese Balls

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs pork sausage, uncooked
    • 4 1/2 cup biscuit mix (like Bisquick)
    • 1 1/2 lbs (6 cups) shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Form into 1" balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown.
    2. Sausange balls can be frozen uncooked.
