    Sugar-Free Cherry Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 2 eggs
    • 24 packets Splenda
    • 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
    • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 can (16 oz) no sugar added cherry pie filling


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9" pie plate. Place all ingredients except cheese in blender. Mix 15 seconds. Add cheese. Mix 2 minutes. Pour into plate. Bake 40-45 minutes; cool. Spread with pie filling.
