    Frogs Eggs Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • Large can mandarin oranges
    • Large can Pineapple (crushed)
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • A-27 macaroni (looks sort of like pastina)
    • Large tub cool whip
    • 1 bag mini marshmallows


    Instructions


    1. Cook and drain 1 cup of the macaroni. Let cool. Drain pineapple juice and put into a sauce pan. Add 1 egg, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 heaping tbs. flour, cook until thick. Let cool. Add Fruit mixture, macaroni, mini marshmallows,and tub of cool whip (dont forget the mandarin oranges) Chill and eat! My kids favorite!!!
    2. Dont for get to make sure that everything is cool before you add the cool whip (I have done this and trust me it does not come out right!)
