1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 c. light cream
2 c. diced cooked potatoes
1 1/2 to 2 cups cubed cooked ham
Recipe
Heat oven to 375.
In medium saucepan, heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly, until cheese melts and sauce is creamy. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 qt. Casserole. Cover tightly; bake 45 minutes.
