    An old-fashioned coffee cake that's quick and easy to make and delicious warm from the oven.

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups Hungry Jack® Original or Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix (Add Milk, Oil & Eggs)
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup oil
    1 egg, beaten
    TOPPING
    1/3 cup Hungry Jack® Original or Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix (Add Milk, Oil & Eggs)
    1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/3 cup chopped nuts
    3 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened

    Recipe



    1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 8 or 9-inch square pan. In medium bowl, combine 2 cups pancake mix, sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; mix well. Add sour cream, oil and egg; blend just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spread in greased pan.
    2. In small bowl, combine all topping ingredients; mix well. Sprinkle over batter.
    3. Bake at 350°F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.

    Serving size:
    9 servings

    High Altitude:
    Decrease sugar to 1/4 cup. Bake as directed above.
