    1 chicken, cut up
    1 can of cream of chicken soup
    1 can of cream of celery soup
    1 can of french onion soup
    1 cup of milk
    1 2/3 cups of minute rice
    salt
    pepper

    Recipe



    Mix the soup, milk and rice together in a 9x13 casserole dish. Salt and pepper the chicken to taste and place on top. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour uncovered until the chicken is tender. If you don't like french onion soup, you can substitute with cream of mushroom soup. If the skin has been removed from the chicken, add one chicken flavored boullion cube to the soup mix. Remove from oven and let set for 20 minutes so that the rice can absorb the remaining liquid, and serve.
