Hot Dog And Potato Casserole

1 lb. hot dogs
2/3 C. milk
1 T. flour
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
chopped onion
chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
8 potatoes, peeled, diced and cooked, (do not dice too small)

Slice hot dogs and set aside, In a saucepan, stir milk into flour until smooth.
Cut up cheese and add to milk and flour and stir till thickened.
Add onion, salt, and green pepper.
Fold cheese mixture into potatoes and hot dogs.
Put in a 2-qt. casserole dish and bake, covered, at 350º for 40 minutes
