Pot Luck Casserole for a Crowd

2 pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups cheddar cheese
3 cans condensed tomato soup
2-3 tsp mustard
garlic salt to taste
1 (1-lb) pkg noodles
1 can corn
1 can green beans
3/4 cup water

Cook noodles as directed on package
Brown beef and cook onions until tender
Mix together all ingredients, reserving enough cheese to sprinkle on top of the casserole
Pour into a 4 quart buttered casserole
Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350° until heated through
This can be mixed together as much as a day ahead and baked when needed
If it has been in the refrigerator allow more time to heat through
Serves 15 to 18 people with large portions
