Chocolate Cream Crêpes

Ingredients
1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1/4 cup cold water
1 (4-serving-size) package instant chocolate pudding and pie filling mix
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 (4-1/2-ounce) package ready-to-use crêpes (10 crêpes)
1-1/2 cups sliced or cut-up fresh fruit such as strawberries, peaches, nectarines, raspberries or kiwifruit
Powdered sugar
White chocolate curls (optional)
Prep Time 10 minutes plus assembling
Chill Time 15 minutes
1. In large bowl, beat EAGLE BRAND® and water. Beat in pudding mix and cocoa. Fold in whipped cream. Cover and chill 15 minutes.
2. Pipe or spoon generous 1/3 cup filling into center of each crêpe. Roll up each crêpe. Place on serving plate. Spoon fruit over crêpes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Garnish with white chocolate curls (optional). Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
