    Chocolate Peanut Butter Fondue

A delightful mixture of cocoa, milk and peanut butter! Feel free to substitute any of your favorite fresh fruits for dipping.

    Ingredients
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/3 cup low-fat (1%) milk
    3 tablespoons light corn syrup
    2 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 medium apples, cored and sliced
2 medium bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces
    16 large strawberries

    1. Combine sugar, cocoa, milk, corn syrup and peanut butter in medium saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until hot. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.

    2. Pour fondue into medium serving bowl; serve warm or at room temperature with fruit for dipping.

Tip Kids will enjoy eating fruit with this fondue! Mix and match various types. Orange sections, pear slices and fresh raspberries are just a few of the many other kids of fruit you can serve with this sweet chocolate treat.
