    Makes: 8 servings, 1 pastry each


    8 FIG NEWTONS Fruit Chewy Cookies, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

    PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Mix cookie pieces, sugar and margarine; set aside.
    SEPARATE crescent roll dough into eight triangles. Sprinkle cookie mixture evenly onto triangles; press gently into dough.
    SHAPE crescents and bake as directed on package. Serve warm.
