    Beef Caesar Salad
    Makes 8 servings



    Ingredients
    2 pounds boneless beef sirloin, top round or flank steak
    1 bottle (8 ounces) creamy Caesar salad dressing
    1/4 cup French's® Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 cup French's® Honey Dijon Mustard
    1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    8 cups romaine lettuce leaves, washed and torn



    Prep Time 35 minutes
    Cook Time 15 minutes




    1. Place steak in resealable plastic food storage bag. Combine remaining ingredients except lettuce. Pour 3/4 cup sauce over steak. Seal bag; marinate steak in refrigerator 30 minutes. Reserve remaining sauce for dressing.

    2. Broil or grill steak 15 minutes for medium-rare. Let stand 15 minutes. Slice steak; serve with dressing over lettuce.
