    1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
    1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

    Recipe



    In a blender, crumble blue cheese. Blend with vinegar and mayonnaise. With blender running, slowly add buttermilk. Season with pepper. Serving: 6
