    Balsamic Beef Dip Sandwich

    Makes: 2 servings, 1 sandwich each

    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion, cut into thin slices
    1/2 of a medium red pepper, cut into thin strips
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth, divided
    12 slices OSCAR MAYER Shaved Roast Beef
    2 French bread rolls (6 inch)


    HEAT oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add onions and peppers; cover. Cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
    STIR in vinegar and 1 Tbsp. of the beef broth. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, microwave remaining beef broth in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until hot.
    PLACE 6 meat slices in each roll; top evenly with the onion mixture. Dip into hot beef broth to serve.
