Dipped Spam Swiss Sandwiches

1 (12-ounce) can Spam Classic, cut into 12 slices
6 (1-ounce) slices Swiss cheese
12 slices white bread
3 eggs
6 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
Soft-spread strawberry cream cheese
Recipe
Layer Spam and Swiss cheese on each of 6 bread slices; top with remaining 6 bread slices. In shallow bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Dip both sides of each sandwich in egg mixture. In large skillet or griddle over medium heat, cook sandwiches in butter until cheese melts and sides are golden brown. Serve with strawberry cream cheese. 6 servings
