    2 slices whole wheat bread
    2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
    1 Tbsp. jam, jelly or preserves



    SPREAD 1 of the bread slices with cream cheese spread. Top with jam; cover with remaining bread slice.
    CUT sandwich into irregular-shaped pieces to form a puzzle.
    PLACE pieces in tightly covered plastic container.
