Turkey Club Wrap

Makes 1 serving
1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons shredded Colby cheese
2 tablespoons shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (12-inch) piece aluminum foil
1 (10-inch) flour tortilla
1 cup shredded lettuce
2 tomato slices
3 ounces thinly sliced DELI TURKEY BREAST
1 slice TURKEY BACON, cooked according to package directions
2 slices avocado
2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts
1. In small dish, combine mayonnaise and mustard. In another, combine cheeses.
2. Place flour tortilla on piece of foil; spread mayonnaise mixture over tortilla.
3. Scatter lettuce over mixture, topping with tomato slices.
4. Top with turkey slices, turkey bacon and avocado, then with grated cheeses and alfalfa sprouts.
5. Using foil to help, roll up tortilla, wrapping completely in foil. Refrigerate, if desired. Unpeel foil as you eat wrap.
