    Ingredients
1 box (21.1 ounces) blondie brownie mix with walnuts
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup oil
3 cups chocolate or vanilla ice cream, softened
    Chocolate Sauce

Make-Ahead Time up to 2 days
    Final Prep Time 10 minutes

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 15×10-inch jelly-roll pan.

    2. Prepare blondie mix according to package directions with eggs, oil and 2 tablespoons water. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.

    3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Blondies should be soft. Do not overbake. Cool completely in pan. Cover with plastic wrap; set aside up to 2 days.

    4. To complete recipe, cut 12 heart-shaped cookies from blondies with 3- or 4-inch cookie cutter. (Reserve scraps for snacking or discard.) Spoon 1/4 cup ice cream onto cookie. Top with another cookie, pressing gently to spread ice cream to edges. Scrape excess ice cream from edges. To serve, place sandwiches on plates and drizzle with chocolate sauce.

Serve It With Style! You can adapt this recipe to make frozen ice cream sandwiches. After filling cookies with ice cream, wrap tightly in plastic and freeze 2 hours or up to 2 weeks. Remove the plastic wrap and eat immediately.

    Makes 12 servings
