    1 c String beans
    Liquid
    1/4 lb Bacon, diced
    1 Sm Onion
    2 Med Potato, diced
    1/4 ts Salt
    1 c Water

    Recipe



    Can use fresh string beans, substituting equivalent amount for the canned.
    Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch dice.
    Brown the bacon and combine with the other ingredients and cook about 30 minutes until potatoes are soft.
