    Recipe Introduction


    this is an easy quick 3 lb. stew


    List of Ingredients


    • i lb. stewing cubes or chuck roast
    • 4-5 large patatoes, peeled and cubed
    • 4-5 carrots peeled and sliced
    • 2 cans of mixed veggies
    • 1 onion, or 5 tbs. onion powder
    • 1 clove of garlic, or 6 tps. of garlic powder
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 1 pinch pepper
    • 1 big tbs. oil
    • beef broth or water


    Instructions


    1. Stir fry the oil, beef, salt&pepper, and garlic
    2. add the veggies and stir fry until brown.
    3. after brown add, enough broth or water to cover.

    4. simmr for 2-3 hrs.


    Final Comments


    hint: to thicken any stew, or soup, add 1 tps flour to milk and water pour into stew slowly.
