    Campbell’s No-Time-To-Cook Recipes


    List of Ingredients


    • 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    • 4 slices of Swiss or American cheese, each cut in half
    • 1 can (10 ¾ oz) of Campbell’s condensed cream of Broccoli Soup
    • 8 tomato slices (I use Roma)
    • 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter, melted
    • ½ cup of Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing, crushed
    • 8 cups of hot cooked rice


    Instructions


    1. In 3 quart oblong baking dish, arrange chicken and top with cheese.
    2. In small bowl, stir soup and spread over cheese.
    3. Top chicken with tomatoes.
    4. In another small bowl, combine margarine and stuffing; sprinkle over tomatoes.
    5. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
    6. Serve with rice.
