    Red Lobster White Cheddar Mashed Potatoe

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pound potatoes, peeled and quartered
    • 2 ounces butter, unsalted, and room temperature
    • 1/3 cup heavy cream
    • ¼ cup sour cream
    • 4 ounces white Cheddar Cheese, grated
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon white pepper


    Instructions


    1. Place potatoes in pot and cover with cold water.
    2. Bring to a boil and simmer until fork tender.
    3. Drain completely.
    4. Mix potatoes with an electric mixer until smooth.
    5. When smooth, add butter and blend.
    6. Add cream, a little at a time and beat.
    7. Add sour cream and blend.
    8. Add cheese, salt and pepper and blend again.
