Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

List of Ingredients

• 3/4 cups sugar
  
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
  
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
  
• 2pints strawberries
  
• 1 cup Rhubarb slices
  
• 1 tbs. lemon juice
  
• 1 cup oats
  
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
  
• 1/2 cup flour
  
• 1/3 oleo
  

Instructions

1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon.
   
2. Add & Combine strawberries, Rhubarb, lemon juice, Toss Lightly.
   
3. Spoon mix into 8in. square baking dish.
   
4. Combine oats, brown sugar, flour-cut in oleo until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
   
5. Sprinkle over fruit.
   
6. Bake at 375* for 10-15 minutes or until lightly brown & bubbly
