Kidney Bean Salad

List of Ingredients
6-8 small cans of light red kidney beans,drained
1 small onion,chopped
3-4 hard boiled eggs,chopped
1 cup of sweet pickle relish
Dressing:
3/4 cup of cider vinegar
3/4 cup of water
2 raw eggs, slightly beaten
1&3/4 cups of sugarRecipe
Combine raw eggs,water,vinegar,&sugar. Cook over medium heat untill doubled in volume. Set aside to cool slightly. Combine beans,onion,chopped eggs,&pickle relish. Pour sauce overall and put in fridge. Best if it sits for a few hours or overnight. If you want a bigger batch, double recipe. Can use the bigger cans of beans instead of small cans for this.
