Recipe Introduction
This is very simple and OH SO good.
List of Ingredients
1 can Cresent rolls,separated and rolled out.
1 medium size can Tuna.WELL drained
1 hard boiled egg,chopped finely
1tsp.sweet pickle relish,OPT.
Enough mayonaise to blend well but do not make it too soupy
Crush 1/2 bag of Potaoe chips really fine,set aside
1 cup milk in bowl for dipping.
Now on the top of each Cresent roll place a teaspoonful of the tuna mixture in center and roll from big end down.Make sure NO tuna mixture is showing,dip in the milk THEN roll in the potato chips and place carefully onto a baking sheet.Repeat til all the Cresent rolls and Tuna mixture is used. * More potatoe chips will beed to be crushed.
Bake as directed on Cresent Roll can til golden.
This makes a quick Sunday night meal along with tossed sald and some fruit.
