    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tbsp brown sugar
    • 2 tbsp white vinegar
    • 1 1 /2 cups water
    • 4 tbsp lemon juice
    • 3 tbsp worchester sauce
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 cup ketchup
    • 5 - 6 lbs spareribs


    Instructions


    1. Brown spareribs in roasting pan, drain off unwanted fat.
    2. Combine all other ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat.
    3. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
    4. Pour half the sauce over the ribs and save the remaider for dipping.
    5. Place in 350F oven covered for 1 hour or until cooked. (you may want to cook for 2-3 hrs at 200F/250F.)
