    Confetti Squares

    This recipes is so yummy. I got it from my friend Lori. Who doesn't normally bake, but these are one of her exceptions!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1/2 cup peanut butter
    • 3/4 cup butterscotch chips
    • 2 cups coloured mini marshmallows


    Instructions


    1. Melt first three ingredients in mircowave or on stove top. Allow to cool.
    2. Once cooled add marshmallows.
    3. Place in a plastic wrap lined 9x9 pan. Place in fridge until hard. Cut into 1x1 inch pieces.
    4. Enjoy!


    Final Comments


    This recipe can be doubled in order to use a whole pack of marshmallows. You don't want your pieces cut to large this is really rich, almost like a fudge.
