    8 servings, 3 points each

    1 Reduced fat Keebler crust
    2 cartons - 6 or 8 oz. FF lemon yogurt
    1 small box lemon jello (sugar free)
    1 small carton Fat Free Cool Whip (divided)
    1 packet of one serving Crystal lite drink mix
    1/4 cup boiling water
    Mix jello in the boiling water - mix well till all disolved
    Add the yogurt and fold in - add the Crystal lite and mix in
    Add about 3/4th of the cool whip and fold in
    Pour into pie shell - cover and chill for 3 to 4 hours.
    Serve with a dollop of the remaining Cool Whip

    The addition of the extra Crystal lite really perks up the lemon flavor - makes it taste more like it is made with real lemons.
    Be sure to use the Crystal lite packet that makes just one glass - not the larger that makes a quart.
