    2 full cups (12 oz) diced Dubuque 97% fat free ham or any
    extra lean ham
    1 (10-3/4 oz) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    3/4 cup (3 oz) shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
    1/3 cup fat-free milk
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    2 cups hot cooked elbow macaroni, rinsed & drained (I used
    small shells because that is what I had on hand)

    Recipe




    In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, saute ham for 5 minutes. Stir in mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, milk and parsley flakes. Add macaroni. Mix well to combine. Lower heat and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
