Emeril's Buttermilk Waffles

These are very yummy!
List of Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
4 tb. melted butter
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
butter/syrup to serveRecipe
Mix all together with whisk just until mixed. Cook in hot waffle iron.
I have made these when I didn't readily have buttermilk...and used the substitute of milk/vinegar...but do prefer using ready made buttermilk.
Sometimes I'll make a double batch and freeze in a ziplock bag...just pop them in the toaster for reheating.
