    1st layer:
    1 c. flour
    1 stick soft oleo
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    Mix well and press into bottom of pan. Bake 15 min. at 350*. Let cool.

    2nd layer:
    8 oz cream cheese
    1 c. pw sugar
    1. c. cool whip
    Mix and add on top of first layer.

    3rd layer:
    3 c. milk
    2 lg. bx instant lemon pudding
    Mix together and add on top.

    4th layer:
    cool whip
    sprinkle w/ nuts
