Easy Beef Burgundy

Very easy and very yummy. I served over rice, but would be good with noodles, also.
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. cubed beef stew meat
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 soup can of red wine
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained or 1 c. sliced fresh mushroomsRecipe
Spray casserole dish. Lay in meat. Cover with cream soup, mushrooms, onion soup mix and pour red wine over. Cover and bake at 300* about 2 1/2 hrs, remove cover and bake 30 min. Serve over noodles or rice.
