    List of Ingredients




    1 - 6 1/2 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
    1 Boboli pizza crust (or your favorite pizza crust)
    1/4 c. shredded parmesan cheese
    8 slices salami (2 oz.), quartered
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
    1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped red onion
    2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
    1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp. dried oregano leaves

    Preheat oven to 425*. Drain artichokes, reserving marinade. Chope artichokes and set aside. Prepare pizza crust and place on pizza pan. Lightly brush crust with small amount of reserved artichoke marinade. If crust is not prebaked, bake 8 min and remove from oven. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Top with salami, artichokes, olives, bell pepper and onion. Cover with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese; sprinkle with oregano. Bake 13-15 min. until bubbly and cheese melted. Cut into wedges.
