    16 ounces penne pasta
    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (28-ounce) jar tomato-based pasta sauce
    6 ounces ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
    Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

    In a large skillet brown ground beef with garlic until no longer pink, about 10 minutes; drain.

    Add pasta sauce and ricotta cheese; stir to blend.

    Transfer to a large casserole dish. Stir in pasta.

    Bake, covered, for 10 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

    Bake another 5 minutes until golden and bubbly.

    Makes 8 servings.
